Mimoza GAVRANI from Prishtina, worked as Policy Expert of the Regional Corporation-RCC, responsible for Kosovo and Albania, for providing policy guidance to the government’s especially regarding integration of minority communities, linking them with the EU accession, analyzing their socio-economic impact, the applicable sector reforms, as well as the public budgeting cycles. She holds an MA degree in National Security Affairs from The European Center for Peace and Development. She is a fellow program attended of Central European University-CEU in Budapest, Hungary, and mutualy hold BA in Psychology in Prishtina, Kosovo. She is awarded from many international and transatlantic organizations as their fellow such as:

Mimoza brings the experience of 14 years in advocacy, regional policy mainstreaming socio-economic policies, public dialogue, and strengthen the institutional obligations of governments to incorporate and deliver specific goals in mainstream policy developments. She was involved in different academic approaches of her interest, and she combined her experiences from different levels by bridging transatlantic experience in her country, especially supporting Western Balkans Government.
Her expertise in many essential critical topics of democracy and managing organizational leadership to devoped advocacy and dialogue in underdeveloped and conflict-affected settings esspecialy on Roma and policy development by bringing support through different civil society organizations, philanthropic institutions, multi-actor collaborations around the region.
Meanwhile, these attributes have improved her communication skills, regional networking, public speaking, knowledge of SEE languages so she created and launched since 2017 her own TV program format weekly broadcasted in RTK. It presented the idea of applying media as a tool for raising vital discussions on policies and social topics in Kosovo.She is very dynamic and inspiring professional,equipped with excellent organizational, people management, and leadership abilities.
